1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You can provide proof of purchase (invoice or order number).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Opened or used medical/sanitary products
- Disposable medical supplies
- Customized or special-order items
- Products marked “non-returnable”
3. Return Process
- Email or WhatsApp us to request a return authorization.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
5. Refunds

- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made an error.
