Precautions for measurement

a) Vigorous exercise, smoking orconsumption of stimulants/ sedatives (such as coffee or alcohal are not allowed 30 minutes before blood pressure measurement.

b) Before measurement, please rest in a comfortable and stable environment for at least five minutes.

c) It is usually measured in a sitting position.

d) The same hand should be fixed for each measurement.

e) Blood pressure shall be measured at least twice every time, with an interval of not less than five minutes; Different individual health states may require longer intervals.

f) Patients with arhythmia and arteriosclerosis should be professionally diagnosed by medical personnel.
